Hi Everyone!!! I am wondering what type of physical symptoms have you had with your anxiety attacks? I feel like I have some type of underlying anxiety ALL of the time! I have some of the strangest things happening to me before and during my attacks.
Anyway, I just wonder if my symptoms are anxiety like my doctor believes or not...I had a complete cardiac workup last year and my blood work this year came back good...
Thanks All!!

I have had anxiety attacks that cause me not to breath. If I get upset with something I start breathing very hard and shallow and have to run for nebulizer of quick acting inhaler - sometimes I can just stop and concentrate on slow deep breathing. This is very difficult to handle sometimes.

Although my anxiety has gotten a lot better through the use of counseling and biofeedback, when I do get anxiety, I get sick to my stomach and feel the need to vomit. I swallow a lot (although this also may be an OCD thing) and sometimes my mouth gets real dry and other times it feels like it waters when I'm stressed out. It may be my acid reflux, though. Anyone else had these symptoms before?
