Hello-

I noticed my 15 mo old son has two dark blue spots on his upper gum.... they are evenly spaced apart, however no teeth are breaking through there.... is this normal, or could it be serious? I do brush his teeth and gums with a baby finger brush 2 x per day. please help!

are there any teeth on the bottom that pretty much would align with those spots when he closed his jaw?if so,it could just be little bruises or even a bit of blood blister type action going on just from the bottom teeth being constantly pushed into the top.if there are no teeth on the bottom,i would definitely let his ped take a good look at this,or even a dentist?marcia
