well i no i have posted on about 4-5 topics now but i am trying to get as many opions as possible. well i am 15 and having back pain, its the upper back and my chest starting to hurt to. When i try an take a deep breath it can cause pain to the heart/lung area. so can anybody tell me what could be rong

Sound's like muscle spasm's, but I would get it checked out by your doc.

Have you been checked for gall bladder? Are you nauseous? Is the pain flared up after greasy or spicy foods? Do you get pains late at night?

This could easily be muscle spasm or neurolga (sp?) which affects your chest muscle; it feels like back and the chest hurts especially when you try to take a breath.
But i am not a Doctor, would be a good idea to go and check...
