HI all,
I went to see the nurse practitioner at my spinal surgeon's office, this morning. They Xrayed my neck and its fusing and the plates and screws look good. So thank God, I didnt mess it up!! She thinks I probably just have inflammation and muscle strain, so I am taking a Medrol Dose pak (steroid) and Flexeril. I am supposed to call her next Tues and let her know if its better. If its not, then I have to get an MRI. Hopefully the steroid will do the trick. I will keep you all up to date. Always something!!!!!!!!!!!

Great news that the fusion is looking good, whew! Let's hope you get some relief from the meds and that there will be no need for another MRI. This sure can be a long journey, huh? I totally understand wanting to get out of the medical loop. This neck stuff has just been crazy for me; I never would have guessed how it would effect pretty much ALL of me!

Anyway, let us know how things progress for you...and remember...take it easy :dizzy: Easy to say, hard to do! Mona
