It is difficult to watch a man suffer- to watch his whole life become effected by a pain that just won't go away. medicine has only ascerbated the problem and brought on new issues that require attention of their own- and always, at the root (no pun intended) is the pain that has caused it all. He does not sleep (i believe it is going on four months now), he doesn't smile- he begins to talk of dying as the only solution to the problem. doctors have become pez dispensers of medicines. they drawl blood and take pictures.. but NOTHING is done!!! this is not psychological.. it is agreed that there is significant damage. yet, it is more important for the doctors to drive sports cars and live in large homes than for them to do what doctors used to do...HELP PEOPLE. without insurance a person is less than nothing. without insurance no one will touch you. i am disgusted. i am sad. i pray to God there is a change for the better.. because apparently, it will take a miracle for the human race to decide that we are not animals.
