What kind of removal did you have? A punch biopsy? A shave? An excision?

I really don't know that anyone can tell you for sure except your derm... but it could be that it is still healing. If the biopsy came out okay, then I would assume that is the reason. Punches and excisional biopsies are fairly invasive and may just take a little longer to heal.
