I am 40 years old, and last year a single, small fibroid was found in my uterus. I could (and can still) feel it. However, I had another ultrasound a few days ago because my last period was unusually long and strange. My fibroid was still the same, but this time my doc said the lining of my uterus is irregular and she wants to do an edometrial biopsy.
She said this finding is "non-specific" - she can't tell me what it could be. I am worried. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
I also have trouble with dryness in my vagina, no sex drive, and occasionally get yeast infections.
Thanks!
Pam
