My daughter has had a kidney stone very similar to yours. She was told to drink a lot of water and that lemonade was good to drink as well. She was also told to stay away from caffeine.
The more you drink the quicker your chances are that it will pass.
Hope you feel better soon!

Your stone is small compared to one my sister had. Her's was 8cm, and they wouldn't even let her try to pass it on her own. They did tell her that if it was half that size (4cm) she might have a chance. So I would think you could pass yours, as long as it is not too terribly painful. She was in alot of pain before her operation, and after for several weeks. She was prescribed many different pain pills, and finally felt better about two weeks after her stone was "blasted". She still had to pass all the small pieces, hence the pain.

Hope you can do it without incident, and it feels much better soon!
