I'm on medication that is causing my eyes to become dry. I'm currently using Alcon Tears Naturale II. Does anyone recommend anything else?

The Alcon BION is a little more soothing. It is not quite as watery as the naturale and stays a little longer. Nothing is as good as your own tears. Ask your Dr. about plugging the lower or upper ducts. There are solid plugs, plugs with small holes, and also plugs that automatically disolve in a few weeks if that is appropriate in your case. I saw a post earlier today that said the upper ducts drain 20% and the lower ducts drain 80%. Good luck.
