hello I have filed for my disibility and come to the boards for several different reasons. The main one is to read other peoples post about their experiences with lawyers and hearings for ssdi.

Anyway I came across one of your threads or post and My question to you is ~you stated; For the state of Alabama; they have to start force paying benefits a year after you file.

Could you please explain this. I live in alabama also. could you also tell us about your experience at your hearing?
