I'm on my 3rd month of ortho tri cyclen lo, beginning of the 3rd week. I haven't had any problems at all up to this point. But now I'm having some very light spotting, not quite pink more brownish, and also today I'm having terrible cramps in the very low abdomen area. Is this normal? I don't understand why I had no problems at all up till this point... thanks!
