Hi Guys, :bouncing:

I rarely have anxiety attacks myself--I'm really suffering from depression--but I know several people for whom anxiety and panic attacks are a major problem.

In treating my depression, I've used a drug-less, cognitive therapy that is described in the book, "Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy" by David Burns, MD. It really works!

Now, there is a drug-less, cognitive therapy for sufferers of anxiety and panic attacks; it too is written by David Burns.

I urge you to read: "WHEN PANIC ATTACKS: THE NEW DRUG-FREE ANXIETY THERAPY."

Thanks for the information. Always good to get some tips on what works for people.

I've given the book to two friends who suffer from panic/anxiety attacks: they tell me it is extremely helpful.
