View Full Version : Throat problems/breathing/talking

Well last Tuesday out of the blue I woke up with a very sore throat, as the day went on I began to get flu like symptoms, headache, tired, weak, achey.

Anyway, I had to leave work early because I was feeling so bad. I went straight to bed, and spent the next day off work too.

I had the soreness in the throat for about 3 days. My tonils looked swollen and I had white specks on them.

Now, a week on, I still have a bad throat. It's not sore anymore, but the tonsils are still swollen, I'm finding breathing a bit of a problem, and talking is hard work. It just feels like my throat is closing up.

What do you think this could be. Should I have cause for concern? Should I make a doctors appointment or just wait for things to improve?

Thanks.
