I work with computers alot and so seem to get eye strain regually. ie back of eyes hurt, get veins showing in my eyes ect.
I try and fix this by resting my eyes regually but most times there isn't time and so wondered if there is anything else I can do to relieve eye strain?

Need to provide a few more details... How old are you? Are you currently wearing contacts/glasses?

Eye strain can be caused by not wearing the proper prescription. It could also be due to the ergonomics of your desk. How far away is the computer from you? Is there a window nearby that causes increased glare from the screen?

See your local optometrist and if the proper prescription won't help, try moving the monitor back, get an anti-glare flter to put over your screen, and take frequent breaks (such as looking in the distance).
