OK, I'll start off by saying a few things
- I have recently (within 60 days) been examined by a physician.
- I have recently (within 30 days) seen a dentist.
- I am under an extreme amount of stress.

That being said, I've had some new symptoms pop up. My husband says not to worry because everything checked out OK (I do need a root canal, but my DDS said it could wait).

Every so often, parts of my body will get a pins and needles feeling, like when you've been sleeping on your arm and you need to shake it out. This generally happens when I'm lying down, and especially in major, often used muscles (calves, forearms). Also, my jaw is incredibly...weird...lately. I feel like I constantly need to stretch it, but sometimes when I do I get that pins and needles feeling through my cheek.

I'm hoping someone else has had these symptoms and it really is just stress related, like my muscles being all out of whack.

That sounds like stress to me. Stress can do really crazy things to your body. I have had jaw issues most of my adult life. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. Do you exercise? I find that aerobic exercise really helps with that kind of physical stress.

you may want to find a practitioner (possibly a chiropractor) who is very knowledgable about "dermatomes". These are defined areas on our bodies where specific nerve pathways can be traced to having the type of symptoms you are experiencing. A Dr. who specializes in dermatomes can treat this. It is worth a try.

If the symptoms keep happening I would see your dr again. Some things are stress related and some are not. Is hypochondria on of your issues? It is not always a good idea to just shrug things off as stress. My sister in law had an autoimmune disease and it took several years for a diagnosis. Godbless
