if u have one lasy eye i,ve heared they cover one eye up to make the other stronger which do u cover the good eye to get the eye working or cover the bad eye to rest it does anyone know ?

The stronger eye is covered so the lazy eye will develop the proper connections with the brain.

You didn't say in your post why you asked, so maybe I'm worrying needlessly BUT I would like to caution you to NOT try this type of treatment without guidance from a qualified ped. Opthamologist.

Patching treatment improperly done can cause vision problems that are worse than what you started with and sometimes impossible to reverse.

Just a thought from someone who has amblyopia & strabismus
