View Full Version : Frustrating

Quick background on me: I've been around the board for about a year now, I think. I've been diagnosed with GAD, PD, OCD, hypochondria and mild depression, all of which are aggrivated by my death phobia. I've been struggling with all of them for as long as I can remember (back to even 3 and 4 years old). I'm now 39. That said...

I just wanted to blow off a little steam because sometimes I get so frustrated with myself. All my conditions seem to play off of each other. Yesterday, I was sure I was going to have a heart attack. This morning I'm sure I can't breath right. My symptoms change daily, depending on what medical condition is worrying me that day, and often they change over the course of the day. Since all of my "symptoms" are travelling and intermittent, my head knows that they're attributed to my hypochondria, but it doesn't stop the worry. Dang! I want one good day! Just one!

Thanks for letting me blow off some steam. :)
