I'm looking for testimonials on these type of products as they seem very cheap and are flooding alot of aution sites. I'm looking for whiter teeth without that extra cost I've seem some of them that use what they call 'laser lights' which is like a UV light that fits in your mouth? All claim to be as good as the dentist (which I would doubt) but considering the price are they really worth it?

I use teeth bleaching products and LOVE the results! My dentist made trays that specifically fit my teeth and sells me the gel. The difference in my teeth is amazing and I get lots of positive comments about how white & shiny my teeth are and I'm a smoker.

The one draw back is that if you use any of the stronger strength bleaches, it can and does cause your teeth to be more sensitive to cold. When I am doing a round of bleaching, I switch to Sensodyne Pro-Namel toothpaste and it helps tremendously. Also, I personally try to stay away from the mint flavor bleaching gels as they can make the gums kind of burn, so I usually opt for the fruit flavor.

Opalescence makes a great bleach, and there is another one. I forget the name, but I'll try and find out what it is for you. I would recommend that you get this done through a dentist until you know how it will work for you though- just in case there are any reactions to the gel.

The ones I've seen are boiled and mouded which I don't mind doing, I think I'll stick to 23% and not something high. From what I know it's important it stays to my teeth and not gums.

Cheers for the reply.
