HEY everyone, has anyone heard of ways to improve your vision(except laser correction) i heard there are eye exercises,retina stimulation,palming(to relax tired/computer stressed eyes) and more. tell me if you heard of this thanx guys =}

One thing you might want to check out is a corneal ring implant--they are called Intacs.

I'm nearsighted and have gotten a lot worse in the last year. My doc said that nearsightedness is caused by eyestrain and told me to take breaks every 15 minutes or so when I'm reading and focus on a distant object. He said that should help stop my eyes from getting worse and might even make them a little better.
