Hi Everyone,

I have been on predisone for the last 6 months, due to tranverse mylitis. The drs. are trying to tapper me off now, by going down 5 mil. a week. Started at 80 a day. My skin, especially on my arms has gotten very thin. If I hit my arm on anything, it will bleed. They look awfull and no matter how carefull I am, it seems this continues to happen. The dr. says this could be side affect from the predisone. Has anyone else experienced this? I want to add that I also cannot tolerate the sun. If I go out without total sunblock I will break out. Thanks for your any feedback you can give me.:)
