Hi all,
I have recently started a new relationship and while sex isn't right on my list of things to rush into i wanna be careful so was gonna go tot he doc.But i Just got my period and was wondering how long a packet of the pill can be left until used?? thanks

There are expiration dates on the pack. Either on the wrappers, the box itself, or imprinted on the pill containers. That's where I have always located my expiration dates. They vary where placed depending on the brand.

When i get them from my chemish they give them in like clear packets with just ur name on the front and the date u got them.. whats the usual time frame. There yasmin and have them just under two years.

I can't tell you. My BCP that I just picked up from the pharmacy for this month exipres 11/07. That only 4 months away.
There is no telling how long the BCP you have now were sitting on the shelf or made before they were given to you. They have a shelf life of 3 years but if they sat on the shelf for a year or so then were given to you that would make them 3 years old.
It's to risky if you can not find an expiration date on it I'd throw it in the trash.
