Im just wondering what is the best birth control method out there

I was on estrostep FE for 3 years and it really worked well for me and i didnt have any side effects at all. I got sick of taking the pill so then i decided to go onto the nuvaring and i love it. I havent had any side effects and i dont have to remember to take it everyday. I cant feel it what so ever and neither can my boyfriend. So i would suggest either of those choices.
