You can have sex now. In her pill pack there is a pamphlet that comes in it every month. Missing one pill she ok but missing 2 requires using a backup method or she can become pregnant.

best thing to do is read the pamphlet with the birth control. when i miss a pill that night, i'll take it along with the next night's pill or early that morning. you should be fine as long as you don't go longer than missing 2 or 3 pills as From Squeaky said. if you don't feel comfortable, use a condom for a few days after the missed pill.
