It probably depends on your insurance so, either call your insurance company or as whichever doctor you choose to do your surgery, if you are a good candidate, if your insurance is one of their providers. One thing you might do, since I saw you asked for a doc in San Diego, is call your insurance company or see if they have a website, and have them recommend someone if they help pay for Lasik. They would probably be your best source to find a doc.

Thanks! I called my insurance company and they said they don't cover it, but there are a few places they refer you to that will take off 15%.

Do you have vision insurance? Mine covers 20% and the place I went just deducted the 20% off the price rather than going through the insurance company
