Imight be having litho.
I was wondering can anyone tell me all they do?Also do you have to have that ivp or contrast in the vein.I cant use any types gives me fast heart rates.Do they just pound on you side and that all?thanks

They didn't do dye thing during my litho. I guess what they do is use high frequency sound waves to break it up and they can only do it a certain number of times. I woke up with 2 large sores on my butt cheek and the muscle there was sore for several days. Are you getting it done on your kidney or ureter? I hope it works for you!

Did they give you contrast you know the stuff in your veins to show it up like when you get a ct .You know the xray or cf to see hwere the stone is.They already know where mine is ......They can see it on the ct and xray.But i was worried of having contrast or ivp since i cant.
Mine is in the ureter kinda big one and up toward the top.Did yours all come out or did they do it again?What does it look like when it comes out?

They already know where mine is ......They can see it on the ct and xray.But i was worried of having contrast or ivp since i cant.
Mine is in the ureter kinda big one and up toward the top.Did yours all come out or did they do it again?It didn't all come out, in fact, most of it is still there. They talked about the option of doing it again or going up with a laser, but he said that he would rather do the laser because there is still quite a bit there and it's compacted in the ureter about 1cm altogether.What does it look like when it comes out?They look like tiny little pieces of flat rocks sometimes light colored, sometimes darker brown.

Im doing jumping jacks and drinking drinking,,lemons ect ect.
I have passed a very small amt of grit.I use to pass black grayish flat small ones.I dont know why they cant come up with something just to stick in there and squeeeze with presser and make it come out or disolve.
