I've had pressure in my eyes for about 2 weeks now. I've tried hot & cold compresses on my eyes to sleep at night. NOt working. I've taken tylenol cold & sinus, not working. I did however get some relief when I went out of town to much lower elevation. As soon as I came back, it started up again. My eyes have been feeling like they are really TIRED and it makes it hard to sleep. Tried allergy eye drops as well. Anybody have this problem?

Dionne,
Just read your post about feeling pressure in your eyes.
I have a similar problem when the barometric air pressure is raising!
I use cold compresses, when only lessens a bit and have to wait for the weather to change.
My doc just thinks it's unusal and doesn't have a clue as to why or other treatments.
Best of luck,

Could be an allergy..... try an allergy pill like chlortrimeton. Allergies can make your nose feel stuffy and make you feel like there is a lot of pressure in your head and eyes. Also try a saline nasal spray. It could also be a sinus problem.
