Yes, it will work; however, you will need to use it at least twice daily for up to a full year in order to completely destroy all the fungal spores. Keep the nail short and be sure to clean out any debris that collects in the area of separation between the nail plate and the nail bed.

I'm also using the white distilled vinegar, got the gallon jug since it's cheap and seems to be workingalong with the ReClear. Thanks for your help.
