Recently I've developed a tear duct obstruction. I've been on steroid/antibiotic drops and have had lacrimal irrigation. Neither has solved the problem. The next step would be dilation/probing and possibly silicne tube intubation. Has anyone had this procedure? Also, I just read an article that this might have been a result of having Herrick lacrimal plugs put in 2 years ago.
