Some years back I had an MRI (unrelated) and was told I had some large sinus polyps. Despite frequent sinus infections, I've had no treatment. I was wondering if these polyps could get large enough to cause vision problem. I've begun to see a sort of round blob when I turn my eye in a particular direction - it doesn't bother me. My recent eye exam was fine. I just wonder if a polyp could cause this.
