Okay, I recently have changed my eye prescribtion because my eyes have gotten worse. (I cant see that good far away). Well, when I try to read something up close with my glasses on my eyes go blurred. Now, I can see up close fine, (without my glasses) and this only happens with my glasses on.(the blurriness)
Does anyone know what could be causing this? Prephaps the stregnth of my glasses is affecting my vision up close as well as far away? Or could I possible have the wrong prescribtion?

Sounds like your precription is too strong. You're probably "over-minused".

Schedule an appointment for an "Rx check" with the doctor who determined your new glasses prescription.

Over-correction is one possibility. However, if this new prescription has fixed your distance vision problems, it may be time for *drumroll* BIFOCALS! Schedule a prescription recheck with your Optometrist and have him/her test your near vision both with your new glasses on AND without them through the phoropter, which is the black piece of equipment that is placed in front of your face while in the exam room chair as your doctor formulates your presription. Good Luck!
