This past Sunday, i had a feeling that I had to pee all the time, and when I did, even if it was a little, I had discomfort, and my urine was dark and had a weird smell to it. The next day, I felt fine, and went on with my daily routine. Tuesday, i woke up with extreme discomfort in my genitals. I thought I would see if there was a problem with ejaculation, and came to see that it seems to be that i have blood in my semen. I dont think its mixed in, it looks like its separated. The next day I wwoke up still with discomfort in my testes, and the right testes is much more painful and swollen than the left one. Ive been stressed and ive been in summer school all summer and i thought it was dehydration. Can dehydration cause this? I also feel a great amount of tension on my back, right where the kidneys are located, and i also have discomfort in my pelvic region. Can this be a sign of dehydration? Im going to go to the ER tomorrow after class, but i was wondering if anyone could tell me what this may be, or if they've experienced it before.

I think you should go to urgent care or an er right away. This is not something to wait with. You may have a testical problem or you might have a kidney stone or some sore of problem. Either way, I think you should miss a class & get to the doctor. I am sure if you told your professor, he would hope you would go to the doctor, too. Please do not wait. It may be nothing serious, but if it is, it's best not to wait. Please update us after you are seen.

It sounds more like a stone or kidney infection then jsut dehydration.

I had pretty much exact same symptoms about ten years ago, turned out to be epididimitus (not totally sure how it's spelled) I don't remember the treatment but I think its antibiotics/anti-inflammatory
