I got a letter from SSA that says I may be eligible for a pension that I had at a previous employer....Why would they send this info to me regarding my retirement. I have an attorney and am waiting for my ALJ hearing, I havent heard anything though. Could they have possibly mde a different desicion?:confused:

I believe they are separate things. I was approved for an ordinary disability pension. I got denied SS. They are separate. Maybe they realized you had income from the previous employer and was just letting you know. I think anyway.
