I had a rough day yesterday. I was laying in bed... and was physically unable to move. It was like my body stopped working with my mind. My boyfriend said that I was just doing it for the drama. I was just so tense and scared that I couldnt even lift my arm up. Has this ever happened to anyone eles? We were watching our niece (6 month old) when she had a full melt down. Of course the grandparents came home right then. They must have thought I didnt know what I was doing. I was sooo tense and sad. I hope that I dont have another night like that for a loooooong time.

When depression hits me full force my energy level is zero, it's like that flu-like tiredness, (or if you ever had mono) and I can't even walk around the block, it's some serious s**t. I was like that a couple of weeks ago, it's a relief to come out of that alright!!
