I am not the narotic type at all but...the back of my head has been hurting for over a week. It's the kind of pain like when someone pulls your hair too hard but it is constant (not at all like a headache) On top of that I woke up this morning with numbness/tingling in my hands. My husband has MS so that's my 1st thought but he has never had his head hurt. The kicker is I am trying to get pregnant ( I am def. not pregnant now) and I am worried it is something HUGE. I am preparing myself for the worst like brain cancer or something like that. I am seeing my dr. tonight but until then can someone calm me down..Thanks

Because of the brain's 2 hemisphere's, when something is growing in there you would only have symptoms on one side of the body, not both. Also, due to the limited space of the skull, you would definitely have a severely painful headache.

What you are describing is more likely a pinched nerve.
