Good Luck on your surgery!
TAKE IT EASY afterwards and eat low-fat to avoid the post GB diarrhea some experience is my advice :)

I found it was easier to sort of crawl into bed rather than sit on it and get in.
Just take your pain meds and stay in bed tomorrow. The next day, if they let you, shower. You'll feel so much better! And starting that day, move around/walk as much as possible. It will help dissipate the gas they inflate you with as well as aid in healing. Ditto on the fat free food...and nothing spicey....for 3-4 weeks. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Yes definitely let us know how it goes. I am scheduled for the 25th to have mine removed.
Hope all goes well!

I hope your surgery went well. My guess is you probably aren't out of the hospital yet, but I am hoping you are doing ok! Sending lots of air hugs (they are less painful!).

My surgery is the 31st. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
My brother did very well and did not even take pain meds after the first day. He is kind of a wimp (like me) and they let him go home the same day.
I am looking forward to being lazy.
