Hello - I will need to get a 2-level ADR or Flexible Fusion through WC (ugh!).
Does WC generally ever pay for any aftercare that's in-home?
Any help getting around, or no?? Just wondering.

Workers comp should pay for everything you need for recovery , yes if you need aftercare they have to pay for it. Please get yourself an attorney now.
I been dealing with comp for some time now and there is so much more you don't know that a lawyer can help with. My attorney can't charge me a dime unless he fights in court for money /settlement. And then he only get's
20% of the money he is fighting for.
Check your state w/c board.

They take care of all medical, including therapy after surgery, gas, bus fair, long distant calls, etc..
a tip:
keep track of everything write it down
I was on WC for a work related injury, I had surgery, WC payed for my gas to Indianapolis for after surgery therapy
good luck
