I have seen a doctor and he said my hart is fine but I still have a mummer. I'm fine when I'm walking or standing but when I lay down my hart pounds hard for a few seconds and I get a head rush but then it goes away. Heart murmur is a sound heard with a stethescope as blood passes through the valves. Almost always not a medical porblem, and there is no relation with the symptoms you describe.

Anxiety can be the cause such as always thinking about it and then have negative expectations.
