Anyone have a problem with light sensitivity? I have keratoconus and sometimes my eyes get so bad that I have to literally hold my eyes open to drive. At night, headlights on cars are unbearable and I need to wear sunglasses. Fortunately it only gets this bad once in awhile, but it's always bad enough for me to have to squint even behind my shades. Any suggestions???????

Extreme light sensitivity is common in those with keratoconus. You need to wear the darkest tinted sunglasses (with UV protection of course) you can find. A local optician should be able to help you.
Also, you should consider having the windows of your car tinted with the lowest % light transmittance allowed by your 'window tint state law'.

I've got transition lenses. They turn from light to dark. When you are inside, they are normal lenses. But when you go out into the sunlight, it takes them about 10 minutes to turn into sunglasses. I have problems with light sensitivity too, but these glasses help a lot.
