Its been about 5 months since it first started it was during a basketball game last quarter really tire and all of the sudden my throat got tight so not knowing what was going on I told the coach to take me out. Didn’t go to the doctor or anything thought it would go away but it hasn’t it kept happening. Went to the cardiologists did all kinds of test there is for the heart everything good thank God, told me my blood pressure was constantly high and that might be what its causing my throat to get tight but put me on BP meds rest for about a month. BP normal now but as I’m trying to get back in shape can run or exercise hard because I start feeling my ear sort of plug but not much and then feels like there is more PND than usual, my tonsils feel huge and me not wanting to stop my exercise I keep going and that’s when my throat starts to feel tighter. It gets hard to breathe and to swallow but usually if I take a break and drink some water it gets better for a little bit but returns once I try to run hard or lift hard. But at times when I stop to take a break it gets worse to the point that it worries me but after several minutes I start to feel better. My lungs feel fine but the throat bothers me. After many tests the doctors haven’t been able to explain what it is (at least not the two doctors I saw) I was thinking about seeing an ENT but I’m sort of worry about spending lost of money on them, just to hear we can’t explain what you have. Just wondering if anyone has or is going to something similar to what I’m going through, or expert advice. SORRY kind of long.
