Dear you,
I have exactly the same symptoms you describe. I have damage to my right ear which the doctors believe is due to a bout of vestibular neuritis. They discovered this by pouring water in my ears and monitering the time for the room to stop moving. I am doing vrt and have noticed a slight improvment in symptoms. I have been suffering for 15 months but was pregnant during this time. I have been active now for 4 months and am improving but it is slow.
Have you been diagnosed? Are you active?
Love Lara

Hi Lara,
Thank you so much for noticing my posts, and sending me your reply. Do you take any meds to help you with the symptoms? Or are you just doing the VRT exercises? Also, do you have the drugged, disconnected feeling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? Has this symptom improved with the VRT? Thank you!!

I have never received a diagnoses, after all the doctors I have seen! Also, I am fairly active, because I already have a five year old daughter, but every day is an extreme challenge, and a living hell. I have to force myself to do everything I need to do each day. I am wondering if I should try the exercises that BalanceinChicago recommends??
