Hello,

I recently started going to gym to put on some weight.

Accordingly i started to increase the food intake. However, many a time i used to overeat. This would lead to some breathing problem for a few minutes after the meal but nothing serious after say an hour of the meal.

One day i really overate my lunch and was so stuffed that i had to skip my dinner altogether. Still, i continued to slightly overeat. After 4-5 days I observed that the breathing problem that i initially used to have for a small time started to persist longer after the meal.

Then I got a blood test done and found that the Bilirubin is high (2.2). Also marginally high were glucose and cholestrol.

As of now(a week after the blood tests) i am not able to yawn or take deep breath. Also i have started to feel a lot constipated. These symtoms(not able to yawn, constipation) now remain throughout the day.

Any suggestions as to what could be the reason? I am guessing something wrong with the liver? what shud be the next steps?

Thanks in Advance.
