Hi all

Saw my doctor today an told her what a cock-up the hospital made with my MRI scan results!

She was furious and even more so that they did my Facet joint injections without having proof it was them that was giving me problems.
As it was they havent helped at all.

She has put me on Morphine to try an help me sleep at night to add to the long list of tablets i am already on.

She rang the hospital there an then to see if she could get me in quicker for my MRI as they had made such a boo boo!

Mean whilei have been in needless pain for the last 9 months!!

Great!!

Just seem to be fighting the system all the time.

Sorry all i seem to do is vent lately.

Sherry - It sounds like your doctor is finally getting things moving and listening to you. I pray the increase in meds decreases soon and you get some much needed answers to begin your healing process. Good luck and please don't feel bad about venting - that is what a support board is for.

Hey Sherry. I am Soooooooooo glad you finally got in to see the doctor, and it's a good thing that the doctor is upset about the snafoos at the hospital.

Hopefully the doc can pull some strings and rush things up a bit for you. You've been waiting for so long. If the Morphine does not help.. let the doctor know. Personally.. for me, the stuff post surgery was useless, but I never said anything, as I thought I was supposed to feel that bad after just having the surgery. But when they took me off the morphine and gave me my regular pre-surgery meds, my body got relief and the nurse and doctor noticed it, as well as me.

So just communicate things. Hope you get some better relief soon. ;)
