I am 69 yrs. old and at times have palpitations. Recently I wore a holter monitor and of course everything was normal. Since then I've developed these sensations like a jump in my shoulder. My shoulder actually gets sore. The sensation sometimes can be felt in my neck on the same side. This is mostly in the AM before noon and then settles down. I had a
heart attack 6 yrs. ago, see the cardiologist at least twice a year and would not be too concerned but it is painful in my shoulder by the bones. Any suggestions or advice?

I recently wore a holter monitor, and had an EKG. However you know how that is, everything is ok , its like going to the dentist, the tooth doesn't hurt. The last time I had chest pains I went to ER and it wasn't my heart. I have lupus and it does affect my chest joints. I don't want to be thought of as a crazy person, so I guess I'll wait and see what happens.
