Anyone else ever get these... I get these predominantly in the morning. I dont know if its a component of anxiety or the dizzies, but as soonas the dizzies go away, so does this symptom.

It's interesting for me too, that when the 24/7 dizziness and other vestibular symptoms started for me, I also started getting night sweats and hot flashes!! And I am way too young to be going through hot flash stuff. I don't know if the vestibular stuff messes with the hormones somehow, and causes this??

Who knows, but its strange... I can wake up and remember my dream in complete detail.. whereas I never used to do this.. maybe its the exhaustion???? The sweating thing is also weird... If you look at That page by Emma ad Ilia, they also say Vivid dreams and these other symptoms are all inner ear related.

i've been waking up with the night sweats lately as well. they've been pretty bad--i didn't know if it was from taking xanax or just the vertigo  either way, i'm way to young for it to be menopausal, so that's out of the question. i think it just messes up your body all throughout!

do either of you get hot flashes during the day, in addition to the night sweats? I really do think the hot flashes and night sweats have something to do with the fight or flight response being screwed up from our inner ear being messed up, and when you have an intense, vivid dream, or something stressful going on during the day, it brings on a surge of hot flash or a night sweat. In the beginning, 2 and 1/2 years ago, when I first got this vestibular stuff, the night sweats were really bad. Those eased up, and now it's just the hot flashes I get throughout the day when I am stressed....
