a few weeks back, I was doing stomache crunches at night b-4 bed, and woke up next day with a frozen and very painfil knee. It didn't seem like the pain was under the knee cap, more like behind the knee, then just saturday, I did crunches b-4 bed again, ( 1st time since the knee incident) and same thing, I have been hobbling around all day. I hurt my back in 2002, and once in a while it gives me a little trouble, so do you think, this knee pain is actually, nerves in my back, being pinched and Im feeling it in my knee ? thanks

it could be, and where you've had back problems in the past, you would do yourself a great service by getting into a doctor and getting yourself checked. With spine issues, the wait game is never a good idea.
