I'm sure most of you have heard of putting a dab of honey on a cyst and covering it with a bandaid over night? I tried that recently and was VERY pleasantly surprised with the results. Typically for me, a cyst will pop up, stay for a couple of weeks and no creams or potions can even make a dent in it cause it's under the skin, and then one day it'll come to a head, pop grossly and leave a horrible scar. But when I tried the honey thing for two nights, the cyst I put it on is now almost totally gone! It's just a tiny little knot I can barely feel. I have no idea why or how it works, but it does. I use raw, natural honey for the record, and trim the bandaid to be smaller.
Just wanted to throw that one out there for you home remedy fans.

Surprisingly, I've never heard of that!
I have a couple of cysts popping up right now; I'll try it and see what happens :)
I don't think the honey we have is very "natural", but I'll give it a shot anyway.

Manuka honey is unique as it is used for wound healing and infection - I usually use this however have not covered it as you have. I will try that.
Look up Manuka honey guys.
