Last couple of days I've notice my heart area has become a bit sensitive and seems to be beating harder and faster. It seems to be getting better. Also, I have to catch my breath once in a while. Feels like my hearts skips a beat or something. I feel some palpaltions Should I be concerned? Maybe I just strained it? Im 17 BTW.

I don't think that any of the "experts" on this board really know how to answer you. All the symptoms you mention I get on a regular basis and air quality and stress are usually the causes. If you are truely concerned then I would seek the advice of a doctor. I see both a cardio and gp and have had every heart check in the book and hence I know I am okay. You probably need to see one also to get that reassurance.

good luck

It doesn't sound like cause for worry, racer.
