hey everyone,

so i'm very very frustrated with my IBS and i really just want to develop a good eating plan so that hopefully my symptoms (i suffer from IBS D) will decrease.

Now i know all the basics..(i.e. no spicey foods, no greasy foods, little dairy) but what i really want is like a solid breakfast, lunch, and dinner plan.

Do you any of you follow an eating schedule? and if you do would you kindly share it with me?? i could use all the advice i could get! thanks so much! =]

Melissa:
I don't know if we are allowed to refer specific books to others on the boards, so I will just say that there is one in particular that was of great help to me, written in understandable terms by a woman who is also dealing with IBS. It not only helped me know which foods to avoid, it also offered suggestions on what to eat as well as meal plans and recipes.
I obtained this book at my local library and there were many others to choose from on this topic. If you have a local library then give it a try. Good luck to you.
Marge
