Its so sore when i touch the area, its right in the centre just above my pubic region. What is this, i take buscopan but it doesnt really help, ive had this for 4 days now, made an appointment with the doctor for after work today cause i cant take it anymore. I thought it was constipation but ive been having small bits of diarrhea so i dont think its that, also taken a few laxatives and hasnt solved anything. Im kinda starting to get worried

i had suspected ibs 2 years ago and had all the symtoms youre saying and took buscopan.it did not help me and i started to get palitatons from it so be careful. ibs cant ever be medically diagnosed its all guesswork by elimination of what you HAVNT got so i ouldnt be totally sure you have even got ibs! wen i did get these episodes i was going thru times of stress and depression and that can give you all the physical symptoms that come along with ibs. if i was you id go back to docs and explain the medication isnt working and suggest youd like to go down a more natural route, maybe changing your diet?try to stay away from carbs and stodgy food at the moment aswell cos that wont be doing your system any favours.and drink plenty of water. u shud be fine tho!

baldy,
oh my goodness. i felt the same thing except i had to go to the hospital. they told me it was diverticulitis and my doctor told me it was spastic colon. have you found out anything else? my bladder and kidneys were fine. so i don't know what it could have possibly been. your small intestines are in that area too. maybe that is what it is. my dr told me that nobody ever has problems with their small intestines. i think he is crazy. let me know what the dr says.

Sounds like the pain I had before my acute diverticulits and perforated colon. Get the the dr. and have a scan done.
