**I didn't know where else to post this**

Last Sunday he became sort of sick just coughing and sort of nauseas, Monday he was a little worse he couldn't hardly breathe he'd have to stop for air he couldn't do much activity and on Thursday brought him to the hospital because he was coughing up mucus and had a swirl of blood...after that no blood. So they sent him home w/ some meds & he's still not better. Now his eyes are tearing up they're red normally the bottom part is sort of pink-red but his are just red and he get like yellowish white discharge and he is constantly sweating no matter the temp. =\ he sleeps a lot and he can't eat much. And his voice altered it's extremely deep and raspy it's kind of scary. But NOW he has a really bad earache and is dizzy. He still has all of the above symptoms minus the coughing up blood.

I know I know GO TO THE DOCTOR, THE ER
but he refuses any sort of medical help and he can because his living will is that if he gets sick to let him be. Let fate take over.

but I want to know what could it be? What are the possibilities of what it is ...
any Doctors Nurses Med experts who might be able to give some input on this please do.

Also he has a history of drug use Crack & Pot (but he's been clean for over 6 years now) Alcohol and cigarette smoking. He's also over weight. 5'9 and 220 and doesn't work out he's never taken care of himself as far as exercising.

He is drinking a lot of water and milk and orange juice and his meds but I know it's more than that.

And he won't stop smoking he smokes a pack a day. Literally.

I have no say so in what he does and it sucks. Because I don't live with him.
